Lee-Ann specifically attends to the individual needs of her clients and is dedicated to her work and to executing a high-quality job for her clients.

If you are not completely satisfied with your chosen look (but not because you simply don't like the style (from the picture) that we initially agreed to do and would like to try another look) then if given the time Lee-Ann will re-do your hair and/or make up free of charge. Having a thorough consultation and/or trial in the beginning will usually avoid this happening, either way when given the time Lee-Ann will go out of her way and continue to work with you, ensuring that you are taken care of and end up with the best results.

It is up to you to communicate _ your appointment, so this gives Lee-Ann an opportunity to change anything there and then, you may not be entitled to a free hair and make up otherwise?

Consultations: $30.00 - $60.00 (or free _ your appointment)

Style and attach HAIR EXTENSIONS $25.00

Temporary Lashes: $25.00 applied by Lee-Ann

Brow Shape and Tidy: $25.00

2nd Hair or Make up Style: $35.00 per style for each appointment

Touch up service: $50.00 per hour (minimal 1 hour and travel costs may be additional)

All hair and make up PRODUCTS Lee-Ann uses are of the highest standard and are all provided except for maintenence products (i.e. Lipstick etc) which are suggested. If you don't have any of your own, you can purchase maintenence products from Lee-Ann or a stockist of your choice (Lee-Ann can also put a little touch up kit together free of charge when requested)

A lso Diamante Pins and Tiara's are available to purchase from Lee-Ann if need be?

Galvanic Spa Treatments: if your interested in having facials &/or preparing your skin so its in its best form before having an amazing make over then I highly recommend booking in for a galvanic spa which instantly gives you a face lift, reduces fines lines and wrinkles and rejuvenates your skin leaving it feeling like silky baby skin for only $50.00 per facial. Lee-Ann performs these facials during your appointment or she can make a separate trip that will include additional travel costs

Body Bronze: 3 spray tans (green base) for $99.00 visit www.bodybronze.co.nz (branches in Manukau, Takapuna and Newmarket)

Lee-Ann usually puts together a tailored package especially JUST FOR YOU which may include FREE PRODUCTS &/or Services (contact her to discuss all your requirements and see how..........

When to have your trial? Let Lee-Ann know or discuss this further with her. Please allow plenty of time for your trial. _ your trial Lee-Ann will take photos and record all important details for your wedding day

The difference between Airbrush and Standard Make up although standard make up can be applied to give a beautiful finish, airbrush make up gives a more finer and flawless finish. Which one is best for you? It depends on your skintype, your budget and your preferred style of make up. Lee-Ann will assess this with you before or _ your trial.

* PREPARATION *

Free facial/beauty therapy advise and tips can be discussed upon consultation or prior to your appointment if requried

* MAINTENENCE *

* Regardless of whether you book in for touch ups or not Lee-Ann will show you how to MAINTAIN your beautiful look throughout your special day/evening and also make suggestions of what the bridal party should take with them

When you enquire if Lee-Ann is not available on the date that you would like to book her, she will be happy to organise another reliable hair and make up stylist for you

* POLICIES *

Contract: once a quote is accepted then it becomes a Legal Contract between Lee-Ann Smith and her client. The amount agreed upon making the contract is expected to be paid on the day of your wedding/event (any parts of your booking that you are unsure about can be confirmed _ a later date)

Deposits: 20% of the total booking is required to secure all appointments which will be then be deducted off the total balance owing for appointments followed through otherwise the

deposit is covered as a cancellation fee, for weddings further fee's may apply when you cancel within 48 days of your appointment (28 days for school balls and other special events), depending on the circumstances sometimes deposits can be used as credit, speak to Lee-Ann about it.

All payments are to be made on the day or prior to appointment

* IMPORTANT THINGS TO REMEMBER *

C ommunicate as much information as you can about what you do and don't require. It is always good to have _ least one or two ideas of the styles of hair and make up that you are wanting Lee-Ann to create for you, Lee-Ann will also advise. Bring along to your appointment any images of make up and hair (front and back) references that you like. A good website to look for references is www.projectwedding.com , also take note of Lee-Ann's Useful Suggestions to the left?
